All MOORA products are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection or change of mind.

However, we will gladly replace or refund items in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
